Are you fully insured?

Yes. We carry full general liability insurance and workers compensation. Background checks and professional training are part of how we hire our cleaners. We can provide certificates of insurance upon request.

How quickly can you start?

In most cases, we can begin service within 48–72 hours of finalizing your agreement. For larger facilities, we schedule a walkthrough first to customize your cleaning plan.

Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. We supply all necessary products and equipment. For medical and dental facilities we use site-appropriate disinfectants suited to clinical settings, with SDS documentation maintained. For floors we use commercial auto-scrubbers and steam systems. We use color-coded microfiber systems to prevent cross-contamination, and the specific products for your facility are confirmed during your walkthrough.

How do you ensure quality?

We use detailed cleaning checklists, GPS check-ins for staff accountability, regular quality inspections, and before/after photo documentation — so you always know the work was done right.

Can I customize my cleaning schedule?

Absolutely. We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom schedules. We'll work with you to create a plan that fits your facility's needs and budget.
